Med Pro offers a full service, all inclusive medical billing and consultancy service for a set percentage of revenue which is considerably below national standard averages.

Included within our fee:

• Posting of all client charges, payments and adjustments

• All charges are reviewed for completeness and accuracy.

• Charges are reviewed for referral and authorization protocols against carriers.

• Electronic submission of claims daily. Paper claims raised daily where appropriate.

• Patient bills sent monthly

• Accounts reviewed for collection activity on a pre-arranged schedule and only those identified by the client are transferred for onwards processing by collection companies.**

• Aggressive follow up of unpaid claims and patient balances

• Aggressive appeals procedures for unpaid claims, bundling issues and other coding and reimbursement inaccuracies.

• Monthly standard, customized and ad hoc reports as requested.

• Banking as required.

• Personal service with on site visits as needed.

• Yearly chart auditing

• Monthly monitoring of charts for compliance

• Yearly fee schedule review and analysis

• Full credentialing service
